Live from the deepest truth of who you really are

Live from the deepest truth of who you really are.

Go through life with a light heart. Do your actions with joy, not with stress or heavy attachment. Life is meant to be experienced, not carried like a burden.

Understand that the body is temporary. It comes into existence, grows, changes, and one day it will go. This is the natural way of life. Do not be afraid of it, and do not cling too tightly to it.

Instead of thinking “I am this body” or “I am only this personality,” rise above that idea. Your true self is deeper than the body and mind.

Move through life like someone floating on water. Experience everything — work, relationships, success, and difficulties—but do not drown in them. Let them come and go without losing your inner peace.

When the time comes for the body to pass away, allow it to go naturally. Just as clothes are changed when they are worn out, the body also changes.

But your true self remains. It was always there, before the body, during life, and beyond it.

Remember this truth:

You are not just the body—you are the eternal awareness that experiences

life.

When you live with this understanding, life becomes lighter, freer, and filled with quiet strength.
